Bhawan was home to the erstwhile feudatories known as Sodawas,
the Bhati Rajputs of the lunar dynasty. This art-deco Palace was
built by Maharaja Karni Singh as one of his luxurious residences
in 1940's. Situated in the heart of the residential area, the
hotel is near to the major tourist attractions of the city and
just a stone throw's away from the airport-2 kms. The railway
station and the bus depot are situated at an equal distance of
3 kms from the hotel.
This
Colonial bungalow was first converted into a Heritage Hotel having
just 12 rooms. By 1994 the hotel had expanded to strength of 31-luxury
air-conditioned rooms and suites. All the rooms have a distinct
style, decorated with the ethnic designs of Rajasthani festivity
