Ghanerao
Royal Castle is a heritage hotel in India. This heritage hotel
was founded in 1606 by Thakur Gopal Das Rathod.It is a castle,
built of red sandstone and offers 20 well furnished rooms. Built
in the 17th century, the sprawling building also has the pockmarks
typical of cannon fire, which it carries from its past. In the
Ghanero Royal Castle heritage hotel traditional Rajasthani meals
are served from the family kitchen. From the hotel, one can
visit Kumbalgarh wildlife sanctuary and a number of ancient
Jain temples.
